Please note this is only the legal wedding as held here
in Mexico. The legal and religious weddings are held separately and also require different
sort of documents.
LEGAL WEDDING:
Weddings are held from Monday through Saturday We would need to have
copies in advanced & the originals ones when you arrive to the Hotel.
DOCUMENTS:

Tourist card * Original birth certificate. * Blood tests (Original Sheet.-Blood type,venereal diseases such
as syphilis and AIDS, have be dated 15 days prior to the wedding, otherwise they will not
be valid. The cost for these test in Cancun are aproximately $ 100.00 USD each person. In
the Tulum area these tests have to be translated in to Spanish. * Passport or driver's license
*Names and last names, addresses, ages and nationalities and tourist
cards * Final divorce agreement (Does not have to be translated, but
we do need all pages) * 4 witnesses Our staff may assist in being your witness for $
20.00 USD each, or if you witnesses are foreigners, we will be needing copies of their
tourist cards and ID card with photo. * Complete an application form. * Do not forget to bring all the original documents with you in
case that we need to verify any information.
WEDDING NOTE:
Justices in
Cancun speak English, out side Cancun the Justices do not speak English, but the ceremony
can be translated by a appointed supervisor.
SPECIAL NOTES:
All legal arrangements must be completed at least 2 weeks prior the
wedding
date. In order to guarantee the commitment of the Justice of the Peace
his
payment must be made 3 weeks prior to the wedding date.
