Day 1,
Pick up in the airport and transfer to the Botanical garden in Puerto
Morelos.
Stablish campment and dinner in the campment and explanation of
activities, security measurements and important information.
Day 2,
7:30 Breakfast in the campment.
8:30 Hiking in the jungle learning about plants, trees and medicinal
plants of the Maya.
12:00 Lunch in the campment.
14:00 Afternoon walk in the jungle in search of wild spider monkeys.
16:30 Free time.
18:00 Dinner in the campment and brief explanation on the birds of the
Maya jungle.
20:00 Optional night walk to discover the sounds of the jungle after dark.
Day 3,.
6:00 Early walk in the jungle in search of birds in the jungle.
7:30 Breakfast in the campment.
8:30 Depart towards Chichen Itza archeological site.
10:45 Visit the famous and most important archeological site of the Maya
" Chichen Itza ".
13:30 Lunch on your own.
15:00 Visit the unique cenote Dzitnup. Amazing cave with turquoise water.
16:00 Back to campment.
18:00 Arrival and dinner in campment.
Day 4
7:00 Breakfast in the campment.
8:00 Pack your stuff and depart to do the bike trip.
9:30 Bike through the jungle discovering unique cenotes in the area where
you can snorkel and discover amazing caves.
16:00 Depart towards Sian kaán reserve.
17:00 Arrival to Siankaán reserve and establish campment.
18:30 Dinner in the campment.
Day 5
6:00 Optional Kayak or boat trip in the wetlands and channels of the Sian
ka ´an biosphere reserve doing bird identification.
8:00 Breakfast in the campment.
9:00 Optional beach clean up.
11:00 Snorkel in the unspoiled reefs of the reserve.
13:00 Lunch in campment.
15:00 Games by the beach.
18:00 Dinner in the campment.
20:00 Night walk in the beach in search of marine turtles ( May to
September ).
Day 6
6:00 Optional Kayak or boat trip in the wetlands and channels of the Sian
ka ´an biosphere reserve doing bird identification and wetlands explanation.
8:00 Breakfast in the campment.
9:00 Beach clean up. Explanation on beach pollution, plastics, etc.
11:00 Snorkel in the unspoiled reefs of the reserve. Identification,
census of corals, fish, plants.
13:00 Lunch in campment.
15:00 Adopt a palm. Reflections on wildlife and protected areas.
18:00 Dinner in the campment.
20:00 Fireplace.
Day 7
6:00 Optional Kayak or boat trip in the wetlands and channels of the Sian
ka ´an biosphere reserve doing bird identification and wetlands explanation.
8:00 Breakfast in the campment.
9:00 Beach clean up. Explanation on beach pollution, plastics, etc.
11:00 Snorkel in the unspoiled reefs of the reserve. Identification,
census of corals, fish, plants.
13:00 Lunch in campment.
14:00 Depart towards Cancun.
16:00 Arrival and check inn Hacienda hotel or similar.
Free afternoon for shopping, malls, bars, or whatever you want.
Day 8, .
8:00 Breakfast in Cancun on your own.
Transfer to the airport depending on flights back.
The Camping Ecotour includes:

For all the tours we recommend bringing comfortable clothes and shoes,
insect repellent, hat, swimsuit, long sleeve cotton shirt, long cotton pants, impermeable
jacket, hygienic personal stuff and sun blocker.
We want to remind that 5 % of the tourist fee is donated for projects to
PROTECT THE MAYAN NATURE.
In this special ecotour and due to the very short budget we are not
considering a 2 % donation for nature.
